4Good first telescope.
By Opus
I like this telescope because it was my first one and it was kind of cheap compared to the bigger ones. However, if I had to do it again I would have saved a little longer to get a bigger one. The go-to feature is really nice, but the fork arm and tripod could be sturdier because the telescope vibrates a lot when using it. The views of the moon are very, very nice and just the fact that I could actually see Jupiter and its 4 big moons was awesome. Yet, the view of Jupiter was somewhat small and I couldn't get it to focus just right. I could see Jupiter with a 25mm and 10mm eyepiece that came with the telescope. I bought a 3mm separately but the focus was not good either. The go-to feature that automatically points to a star, planet or whatever you input is nice too but if the destination is straight above you, the go-to arm will continue moving even though it shouldn't because the tube can not clear the tripod. So make sure you put the movement limits in before you even try to use it for the first time. All in all, was this a good purchase for a first telescope? I say yes.

2Poorly made and tech support is awful
By Houstonian1
This telescope is poorly made. The sight finder is flimsy and not accurate due to poor design and cheap construction. I called into tech support several times in regards to computer connectivity and these guys are not trained at all on the go to features. I am going to sell mine and buy another brand.
