510mm Luminos Eyepiece
By Pintado10
I bought this eyepiece because the 7mm was fantastic! Again, I was very impressed with the clarity & focus of the view, and you feel immersed in the view (not looking thru a tube). This eyepiece blew away my Meade 14mm & 5.5mm 82FOV.
When visually viewing, I usually use the 10 and 7mm all the time....

5High Quality & Well Made!!!
By DB62
For most (the casual user), and especially the beginner, this Celestron Luminos series eyepiece is what you should use (for under $100.00)!
It is of much higher quality than the lesser eyepieces, that usually accompany a new telescope.
Plus besides the higher quality lenses they use, the Luminos series has spectacular eye relief, and has a much wider AFOV, (apparent field of view of "82" degrees).

With your new telescope, most all manufacturers will include 1 to 2 eyepieces, usually of lower quality, and most always at or near 52 degrees, to 56 degrees, AFOV.

These are as easy as any made, to use, regarding the adjustable eye relief.
They are an excellent choice, until you've decided to commit to much higher quality equipment (and have become highly proficient with telescopes), such as a large Dobsonian telescope, smart/computer controlled telescopes, and then the much higher priced "Explore Scientific", or "Televue" eyepieces.

For me, being a casual user, the Luminos eyepieces are as much as I need, and have found them to be Celestrons best eyepiece, for the money. I really do love these!
High quality and affordable!
