Fantastic first telescope. Pretty much good to go when you take it out of the package. The sky simulation app. that is provided on a cd is a great help for charting out the night sky.

4Nice telescope

I paid few dolars for this product with the Accessory kit, the finder is very useful to view the object that you want to see, I saw, the M42 small but I can saw, a lot of stars and the best was jupiter with 4 moons, is a little ball but, with a little 4 points, I am very happy with the firstscope, in this momment, the moon is impossible to see, but, I really want to see our moon

5Great buy for a beginner

The moon just looks amazing. Don't get your expectations high for the planets. Overall it is a great value for the money if you want to start off your kid, or indeed yourself, into astronomy.
